Description
We are looking for a Executive Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users (VIP, C-Suite, Executives) in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can resolve day-to-day desktop and system issues efficiently while delivering dependable service in a healthcare-related environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting Microsoft Windows platforms, supporting user access, and managing incoming service requests with professionalism and urgency.
Responsibilities:
White-Glove, VIP , Executive Support is a must. It must be your dedicated job, not something done from time to time.
Diagnose and resolve problems involving Microsoft Windows and Windows 10 systems in a timely manner.
Manage service desk ticket queues, document issue details, and track requests through completion.
Support user account access and permissions by performing routine Active Directory tasks.
Experience with Intune MDM is essential
Troubleshoot common technical incidents, identify root causes, and escalate more complex issues when needed.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop devices and related software to ensure reliable performance.
Communicate clearly with employees regarding issue status, next steps, and expected resolution timelines.
Requirements
Experience in a help desk or desktop support role providing direct end-user assistance.
Working knowledge of Active Directory for basic account administration and access support.
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows, including Windows 10 environments.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting across desktop, software, and user access issues.
Familiarity with managing and updating service desk tickets accurately and efficiently.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and detail-oriented technical support.
