Summary

We're looking for an experienced SAP Warehouse Management functional consultant to support an active implementation environment with solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live readiness. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys partnering with business teams to improve warehouse operations and help stabilize systems through thoughtful, practical execution.
Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements and translate warehouse process needs into SAP WM solutions.
  • Support end-to-end implementation efforts, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to document processes and recommend effective system approaches.
  • Assist with functional testing, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and production support.
  • Help identify process gaps and coordinate functional troubleshooting during implementation and support phases.
  • Provide guidance, knowledge transfer, and hands-on support to internal team members and business users.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of warehouse operations, inventory handling, receiving, storage, and material movement processes.
Skills
  • Strong hands-on SAP WM functional consulting experience.
  • Experience supporting warehouse operations and related supply chain processes.
  • Proven background in at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP WM implementations.
  • Ability to support configuration, testing, go-live activities, and post-production support.
  • Comfortable working with business stakeholders to assess needs and deliver practical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on stable, reliable operations.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or broader food supply chain environments.
  • Background supporting large manufacturing or distribution organizations.
  • Experience mentoring users or serving as a trusted advisor during implementations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments where process consistency and operational readiness are critical.
  • Prior experience in similar warehouse transformation or stabilization efforts.
