Role Summary:
Workday Consultant to support the implementation and transition from Oracle to Workday for a Finance organization. The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders to configure, support, and optimize Workday Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Workday Finance implementation during Oracle-to-Workday transition
Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
Build and support reports and dashboards in Workday
Assist in data validation, testing, and deployment activities
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting
Document processes, configurations, and best practices
Support knowledge transfer to internal team members

Required Skills / Must Have:
Hands-on experience with Workday (Finance modules preferred)
Strong understanding of Workday architecture and configuration
Experience working on Workday implementation or transformation projects
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to Have:
Workday Report Building experience
Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
Basic scripting or automation using Python
Experience supporting or training end users
