Job Description:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst - Consultant to support operations for a legacy system in the healthcare domain. This role involves analyzing system requirements, assisting with operations, and providing solutions to enhance system performance. The selected candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with three days in-office and two days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document system requirements and specifications.
- Support operations and maintenance of legacy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
Technical Skills Required:
- Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
- Proficiency in systems analysis and design methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
