Location: 51 Madison Avenue, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Platform solutions. This role requires hands-on development, AI integration experience, and strong collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-powered Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI, and core Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Flows, Triggers, and API integrations.

Build and deliver POCs using Agentforce and Gen AI capabilities to validate feasibility and business value.

Design and implement Data Cloud solutions for unified customer data, segmentation, and activation.

Leverage AI + Data Cloud insights to deliver real-time customer experiences.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.

Implement AI-powered workflows and automation.

Manage DevOps pipelines (Agentforce DevOps, CI/CD) and source-driven development using Git.

Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging AI capabilities.

Required Experience

10 15 years of Salesforce platform experience (solution design + hands-on development).

Proven expertise with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Gen AI integrations.

Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, APIs, and security models.

Deep experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

Strong integration experience: REST/SOAP, Platform Events, middleware.

Experience implementing Service Cloud features such as Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Live Agent, Einstein Bots.

Experience delivering AI & Data Cloud implementations at enterprise scale.

Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Agentforce Specialist (Preferred)
