Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior Managing Consultant: SAP HANA Basis, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP HANA systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP HANA best practices.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Implement SAP HANA Systems: Design and implement SAP HANA systems, including system architecture and data modeling, to meet client requirements and ensure high performance and scalability.
• Optimize SAP HANA Landscapes: Configure and optimize SAP HANA landscapes for high performance and scalability, leveraging expertise in SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, and Cloud migration.
• Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide expert guidance on SAP HANA best practices, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HANA features, trends, and best practices.
• Conduct System Monitoring: Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and performance of SAP HANA systems.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep Expertise in SAP HANA Implementation: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP HANA systems, including system architecture and data modeling, to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Experience with SAP HANA Landscape Optimization: In-depth knowledge of configuring and optimizing SAP HANA landscapes for high performance and scalability, leveraging expertise in SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, and Cloud migration.
• Strong Understanding of SAP Data Migration: Experience with migrating data from various sources to SAP HANA using tools like SAP Data Services or SAP LT.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA Performance Tuning: Skilled in conducting system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and performance of SAP HANA systems.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and Other SAP Technologies: Familiarity with SAP BTP, SLT, SAP ASE, ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, HCM, and SQL, with the ability to apply this knowledge to design and implement comprehensive SAP HANA solutions.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP BTP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP BTP, including its application in designing and implementing comprehensive SAP HANA solutions, is beneficial for this role.
• Additional SAP Technology Skills: Knowledge of SLT, SAP ASE, ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, HCM, and SQL is advantageous in providing expert guidance on SAP HANA best practices and developing tailored solutions for clients.
• Cloud Migration Expertise: Experience with Cloud migration, particularly in the context of SAP HANA and S/4 HANA, is desirable for optimizing SAP HANA landscapes and ensuring high performance and scalability.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
