Summary
Role:- SAP Hybris Senior Developer
Location: Chandler, AZ
Work Mode: 5 days - onsite
Required Skills: Minimum 12+ years in enterprise software development, including at least 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
Required Skills & Expertise
- Core Technologies:
- SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris):
- Expertise in B2C Accelerator.
- Experience with OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs and Headless Commerce architectures.
- Customization and extension of the platform (e.g., ImpEx, FlexibleSearch, ServiceLayer).
- Integration:
- Proven experience integrating SAP Commerce with third-party services using REST/SOAP APIs, Data Hub, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Search Optimization:
- Hands-on experience with Solr search engine integration and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of SAP Hybris projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Oversee project teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication across all stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to optimize SAP Hybris solutions for enhanced business performance.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Hybris with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status and address any concerns or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP Hybris implementations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with organizational strategy and vision.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to maximize value and minimize costs.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP Hybris.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for future improvements.
- Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in SAP Hybris with proven experience in managing complex projects.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and drive successful outcomes.
- Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Show proficiency in managing budgets and resources to optimize project delivery.

- Experience in hybrid work environments, ensuring effective collaboration across remote and in-office teams.
