Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in regulated environments, ideally within financial services. The candidate will be responsible for developing and leading initiatives, ensuring compliance with audit, risk, and governance requirements, and contributing to the design and implementation of developer workspaces and tooling. This role requires strong expertise in Python and Java development, as well as the ability to educate and influence developers.
Responsibilities: - Design and implement developer workspaces using physical, virtualized, or browser-based solutions.
- Develop tools primarily in Python and Java to enhance developer workflows.
- Advocate for and implement CI/CD improvements through new tooling and commonly available libraries.
- Create patterns to manage desktop provisioning and software package management using SCCM, VDI, or similar technologies.
- Lead initiatives to integrate Generative AI capabilities into developer workflows.
- Partner with end-user collaboration suites to create seamless developer experiences.
- Ensure all solutions meet audit, risk, and governance requirements.
- Evangelize best practices and solutions within the developer community.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in DevOps and end-user technology roles.
- Strong development skills, particularly in Python and Java.
- Advanced proficiency in CI/CD pipeline configuration and management.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of container creation, usage, and management.
- Desktop provisioning and software distribution expertise, including SCCM and VDI.
- Ability to advocate for best practices and innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills to influence and educate developers.
- Familiarity with audit and risk management practices.
- Experience with integrating AI/ML capabilities into cloud solutions.

Pay Range: $80-90/hr.
