Position Summary:

Business Systems Analyst works closely with a team of functional and technical staff to meet business automation needs in Student Account Services. Gathers and organizes data for reports and other needs. Provides technical support and training to users concerning system software and utilities. Serves as a liaison to the central Office of Information Technology for advanced support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post-Implementation Support
• Provide hypercare support post go-live, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in Finance or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting).
• Experience with Ellucian Banner system – particularly Banner Accounts Receivable and Finance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
