Job Title : Conversational AI Developer – Dialogflow CX / Google Cloud
Location : Thousand Oaks, CA (Onsite)

Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 4-6) Google Dialogflow CX, CCAI, Looker Studio, AI Development, Google Cloud Certification, Node.js, Big Query, SQL, Programming Language
Good-to-Have- Gen AI, AWS, Python, NLP, Voicebot, Chatbot, Lifescience domain
Roles & Responsibility-
1 Development of Chatbot and Voicebot using Google Cloud Dialogflow CX by designing and implementing conversational Al solutions by creating intents, entities, training phrases, fulfillment logic and integrating Webhooks and APIs.
2 Experience in Looker Studio (Data Studio), SQL and Big Query for the Dashboard analytics development based on the key performance metrics
3 Integrate bot with Google Cloud Functions, Firestore DB and third party APIs.
4 Implement mutli-turn conversations, error handling and contextual routing for optimal user experience.
5 Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand ups, backlog refinement) and adapt validation processes to align with Agile workflows.
6 Hands on experience in JIRA for development task activities and defect fixes
7 Continuously improve conversational design using analytics insights
8 Collaborate with system owner, business owner and stakeholders to align chatbot goals with business objectives
9 Experience in Node.js or Python for webhook and fulfillment development.
10 Handling end to end CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and DevOps practices
11 Knowledge on designing the Architecture for conversational AI.
12 Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze the impact of integrated systems and provide guidance to the team on required testing activities.
13 Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance standards
14 Contribute to your development and the teams technical skills by demonstrating inclusive behaviors and establishing a culture of highest performing teams
15 Keep up to date with industry news and developments to support business development opportunities and solutions
