We are seeking an experienced Windchill Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced PLM solutions. In this strategic role, you will define solution architectures, guide technical teams, and ensure alignment of Windchill capabilities with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to deliver scalable, integrated, and future-ready PLM environments

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill PLM, including solution design and customization.
Deep expertise in Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, ProjectLink, and related PTC modules.
Strong background in Java, J2EE, and web technologies as applied to PLM solutions.
Proven experience with workflows, lifecycles, access controls, and system integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience architecting integrations between Windchill and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Familiarity with Thingworx, IoT, or advanced analytics in the PLM context.
Certifications in PTC Windchill architecture or administration.
Prior experience leading large-scale PLM transformation projects.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
