Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually

What You'll Lead You'll oversee a skilled maintenance workforce, including:
- 2 Maintenance Supervisors
- 3-4 Electricians
- 16 Mechanics
Your leadership will directly influence uptime, efficiency, and plant performance across the night shift.
What You'll Do - Manage and develop Maintenance Supervisors to ensure strong execution of building and equipment maintenance
- Drive strategies that reduce mechanical downtime and keep production lines running at peak efficiency
- Assign and schedule work to minimize disruption, reduce unscheduled downtime, and improve plant performance
- Lead the maintenance team through delegation, planning, organizing, and follow-up
- Promote and enforce plant safety policies, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Ensure smooth daily operations with minimal recurring issues
- Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What You Bring - High School diploma or Equivalent
- Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical systems (PLCs, instrumentation, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-level organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a positive, team-oriented environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic plant setting
