Job Description
The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries efficiently on the first contact. This role requires strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to address billing inquiries, policy-related questions, and energy consumption concerns. The representative follows established company policies and procedures, accurately records customer commitments, assists with online account and mobile application support, and ensures first-contact resolution through proactive follow-up. The role also involves meeting daily performance metrics, maintaining schedule adherence, and providing guidance to less experienced team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer empathy.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. Strong customer-focused mindset, dependability, and ability to handle non-routine customer requests using defined procedures are required.
