Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agentic Layer A2A frameworks and MCP Protocol, along with deep knowledge in AI/ML engineering, cloud deployment, and scalable architecture design.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using Agentic Layer A2A frameworks and MCP Protocol
Build and optimize AI/ML models focusing on vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and context engineering
Develop scalable and efficient solutions using Python, Java, or Go
Deploy and manage applications on Azure Cloud environments
Work with databases such as Azure AI Search, Redis, and Cosmos DB
Design and manage Azure Functions and Azure Container Apps
Ensure cloud-native architecture best practices including scalability and performance optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-driven solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize production systems

Required Skills

8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / AI domain
12+ years of experience with Agentic Layer A2A frameworks and MCP Protocol
6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (vector embeddings, prompt engineering, context engineering)
Strong programming skills in at least two: Python, Java, Go
Experience deploying solutions on Azure Cloud
Experience with Azure AI Search, Redis, Cosmos DB (Blob Storage, Iceberg are a plus)
Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Container Apps
Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, scalability, and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern AI frameworks and LLM-based architectures
Experience with large-scale distributed systems
Exposure to advanced data engineering concepts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Ownership mindset and proactive approach
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
