Oracle Cloud Finance Professional with active CPA

We are seeking a Very Senior Oracle Cloud Finance Professional with deep
expertise in financial accounting, Oracle Cloud Financials, and enterprise ERP
transformations. This individual will bring 15–18 years of progressive experience
combining a strong accounting foundation with handson consulting leadership,
preferably within Financial Services or other regulated industries.
The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to finance executives, including CFOs,
CAOs, and Controllers, with the credibility to lead complex Oracle Cloud Finance and
EPM programs from strategy through execution. A CPA license is strongly preferred,
reflecting the role’s emphasis on accounting rigor, governance, and executivelevel
financial insight.

Key Responsibilities
 Serve as a senior finance and Oracle Cloud Practice Leader and
subjectmatter expert, leading largescale Oracle Cloud Financials and EPM
implementations, upgrades, and transformations
 Ability to connect and communicate with CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and senior
finance leadership, aligning Oracle Cloud solutions to business and regulatory
objectives
 Lead endtoend ERP program delivery, including:
o Finance transformation strategy and roadmap definition
o Business process design and optimization
o Solution architecture and configuration oversight
o Testing, deployment, and postgolive stabilization
 Drive functional leadership across Oracle Cloud Finance modules, including:
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o General Ledger (GL)
o Fixed Assets
o Project Accounting
o Oracle EPM (Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Reporting)

 Translate complex accounting and business requirements into scalable Oracle
Cloud solutions
 Lead executive workshops, design sessions, and steering committee meetings
 Partner with technical teams, program managers, and business stakeholders to
ensure successful delivery and adoption
 Mentor and guide senior consultants and finance leaders across programs

Required Qualifications & Experience
 15–18 years of progressive experience in:
o Financial accounting and controllership functions
o Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
 Strong preference for an active CPA license
 Deep understanding of:
o Accounting standards and regulatory requirements
o Internal controls, compliance, and audit considerations
o Period close, reporting, and financial consolidation processes
 Proven track record of leading large, complex Oracle Cloud Financials and
EPM programs
 Experience working in a Consulting, systems integrator, or advisory
environment
 Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and handson levels

Preferred Qualifications
 Prior experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or
other highly regulated industries
 Experience with multicountry or global Oracle Cloud implementations
 Background in finance transformation, operating model redesign, or shared
services
 Exposure to executivelevel presales, solutioning, or advisory engagements
