Anaplan ERP Integration

The contractor will maintain an end-to-end view of source-system readiness, ownership, dependencies, milestones, testing, defects, cutover, and support handoffs. Working with Finance, Anaplan product and model-building teams, ERP owners, data and integration teams, testing organizations, security and controls teams, and implementation partners, the Build Lead will drive timely, accurate, complete, and governed delivery of each ERP feed.

This is a hands-on contract assignment requiring strong program leadership, enterprise systems and integration knowledge, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to influence globally distributed teams without direct authority.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

Own coordination and delivery oversight for integrations from 50+ corporate ERP systems into Anaplan.

Maintain the source-system inventory, onboarding roadmap, integrated plan, dependency map, milestones, readiness dashboard, and RAID log.

Establish clear ownership across ERP teams, Finance data owners, Anaplan model builders, middleware, data engineering, testing teams, and implementation partners.

Coordinate source-data discovery, chart-of-accounts and master-data mapping, dimensional requirements, history, refresh schedules, and reconciliation rules.

Drive consistent integration patterns, data contracts, interface specifications, controls, error handling, and support procedures.

Lead design and readiness reviews confirm connectivity, security, environments, schedules, and other technical prerequisites.

Track delivery status, critical-path dependencies, decisions, resource constraints, and risks escalate promptly and drive mitigation plans.

Coordinate system integration testing, data validation, reconciliation, user acceptance testing, cutover rehearsals, deployment, and hypercare.

Define stage-gate criteria and ensure evidence of readiness before each interface advances or enters production.

Drive resolution of mapping gaps, missing or duplicate records, failed loads, timing issues, and reconciliation variances.

Provide concise program and executive reporting covering delivery confidence, decisions required, risks, and recovery actions.

Ensure integrations satisfy security, privacy, audit, SOX, data-governance, monitoring, service ownership, and knowledge-transfer requirements.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, integration, PMP, Agile, or IT service management certifications are preferred.

Experience & Key Success Attributes

8+ years delivering enterprise applications, data integrations, ERP transformations, or large-scale technology programs.

5+ years leading cross-functional delivery across multiple ERP platforms, interfaces, global teams, and shared dependencies.

Demonstrated success coordinating a large portfolio of concurrent system integrations against fixed program milestones.

Working knowledge of Anaplan architecture, integration options, model-to-data dependencies, and connected planning concepts.

Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP ECC or S4HANA, Oracle EBS or Cloud ERP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable systems.

Strong knowledge of APIs, files, middleware, ETL or ELT, scheduling, monitoring, error handling, data quality, and reconciliation.

Experience with financial and operational data, including general ledger, organizational dimensions, master data, actuals, and forecasts.

Proven ability to manage integrated plans, readiness gates, testing, cutover, hypercare, RAID items, vendors, and executive reporting.

Understanding of data governance, lineage, security, privacy, auditability, SOX controls, and production support.

Excellent organization, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in a global matrix environment.

Hands-on, outcome-oriented approach with strong judgment, problem-solving, escalation, and follow-through.
