About the team:The Sam's Promotions Platform team develops and manages omni-channel promotions supporting Membership, Merchandising, Marketing, and Loyalty across in-club, online, and mobile channels. The team delivers scalable, reliable solutions by addressing complex challenges involving multiple systems and large-scale data. Utilizing modern web, cloud, and data technologies, the team focuses on performance, resiliency, and measurable business impact. Their work enhances operational efficiency and member value within the US business, driving end-to-end promotion creation, validation, execution, and measurement to support key business outcomes.

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code following established standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
- Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and mentorship to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement automation scripts to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and conduct maintenance to enhance reliability and availability.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test case creation, and defect management to ensure solution quality.
