Infrastructure Engineering Manager

Key Focus Areas

• Technical leadership across OCI and Google Cloud Platform
• Oversight of enterprise-scale relational, cloud-native, NoSQL, and in-memory databases
• Stabilizing and optimizing production environments
• Leading incident response, RCA, and remediation
• Driving automation, monitoring, runbooks, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives

Required Experience

• 10+ years in Infrastructure & Database Engineering
• 3+ years in a leadership or manager-level role
• Strong hands-on experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and Google Cloud Platform
• Deep knowledge of both:
  • Firestore (collections, sub-collections, security rules)
  • Redis (data types, persistence, sentinel/cluster modes)
• Experience with on-prem to cloud database migrations
• Proficiency with CI/CD, monitoring, and IaC

Nice to Have (not required)

• Experience leading database modernization initiatives
• DevOps / SRE operating model familiarity
• Master's degree
