Job Title: PeopleSoft Integrator / PeopleSoft Analyst
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Integrator / PeopleSoft Analyst to support the NYC Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or HCM, system integrations, application support, business analysis, and troubleshooting in a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and support PeopleSoft applications and integrations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, and APIs.
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft modules to meet business requirements.
- Perform application troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
- Work closely with business users, functional analysts, and technical teams to implement enhancements.
- Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts.
- Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment activities.
- Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides.
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of PeopleSoft implementation and support experience.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, HCM, or Supply Chain modules.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interface, SQR, and Application Designer.
- Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle preferred).
- Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and API integrations.
- Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PeopleTools 8.5x.
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft with third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and performance tuning.
- Experience in public sector or transportation organizations.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
