Summary

Job Summary:

One of our airline client is looking for a dynamic Scrum Master with strong experience in driving Agile delivery, optimizing DevSecOps practices, and aligning development efforts with cybersecurity and compliance standards. This role will play a critical part in enabling secure, high-performance software delivery by facilitating agile processes, tracking key performance indicators, and coordinating closely with cybersecurity, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders
Guide Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies and best practices
Work closely with security teams to integrate secure development practices into the SDLC
Promote early detection and resolution of vulnerabilities through threat modeling, security testing, and code review cycles
Drive awareness of cybersecurity best practices within Agile teams
Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to streamline and secure CI/CD pipelines
Promote automation, continuous testing, and shift-left security strategies
Ensure transparency through effective communication and status reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
Experience working in DevOps/DevSecOps environments
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure SDLC, and vulnerability management
Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management platforms
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe certification
Working knowledge of cloud security practices (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Experience aligning with compliance standards like SOC2, HIPAA, or ISO27001
Background in software development or information security a plus
