Job Details

We are seeking an Enhancement Division Manager to lead commercial landscape enhancement work in the Phoenix area. In this role, you will oversee enhancement projects from estimate through completion, working closely with field teams, internal partners, and clients to ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. The right person will bring at least 3 years of commercial landscape experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to turn client needs into profitable, high-quality enhancement work. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys both the operational and client-facing sides of landscape management and wants to grow with a company that values professionalism, service, and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily operations of the enhancement division, including project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Estimate and manage enhancement projects to support profitable, high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors, crews, and internal departments to maintain workflow and communication.
  • Build strong relationships with commercial clients and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Review job scope, labor, materials, and timelines to help keep projects on budget.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to company standards and customer expectations.
  • Support proposal development, follow-up, and client communication.
  • Help coach and develop team members to improve performance and consistency.
  • Maintain a focus on safety, accountability, and service excellence.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape operations, enhancement, or related leadership roles.
  • Experience estimating and managing landscape enhancement or construction-related work.
  • Proven ability to lead crews, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Spanish speaking a plus
