Job Title: OCM & Deployment Training Lead
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)

Job Description:
• Client is seeking a dynamic and versatile OCM & Deployment Training Lead to spearhead the operational readiness, user adoption, and technical deployment of enterprise systems for a major client in the Washington, DC area.
• This hybrid role bridges the gap between traditional Organizational Change Management (OCM) and hands-on IT deployment, requiring a leader who can seamlessly transition from analyzing Mobile Device Management (MDM) configurations to facilitating high-impact training sessions for frontline field personnel.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Agile environments, a proven track record of managing multi-site system go-lives, and the exceptional communication skills needed to drive technology adoption across both corporate and industrial workforce segments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Change & Training Facilitation: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for both onsite and virtual audiences, ensuring 100% user readiness ahead of system launches.
• Field Deployment Support: Travel to various field locations to provide hands-on, frontline support during critical system rollouts, managing environment setups, user access provisioning, and training logistics.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM): Analyze, optimize, and streamline mobile device management settings and deployment processes to effectively scale current field operations.
• Operational Scale & Improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic recommendations for process improvement, technical enablement, and long-term systems adoption.
• Agile Collaboration & Reporting: Utilize Figma, Confluence, Jira, and Tableau to track project milestones, document training materials, analyze adoption metrics, and report readiness to leadership.

Qualifications:
• Industry Experience: Proven experience supporting complex system rollouts or multi-site go-lives, specifically working alongside field operations teams within industrial, mechanical, transportation, or asset-heavy environments.
• Frameworks & Certifications: Active certification in recognized change management and Agile methodologies, such as Prosci, Kotter, or SAFe.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Agile, design, and analytics tools, including Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Tableau.
• Enterprise Systems (Preferred): Prior experience developing or delivering training frameworks for UKG Time & Attendance systems and/or Maximo Asset Management software.
• Logistics & Travel: Ability and willingness to travel frequently to regional field locations to support deployment and training events.
