Job DetailsJOB DETAILS
- Position: Jig Grinder (CNC) - all shifts available
- Shift Options: 4-day schedules available; 15% shift differential
- Target Pay Range: $20-$35/hr
- Set up and operate jig grinding machines to blueprint specifications
- Complete production paperwork, inspections, and daily equipment maintenance
- Maintain tools, gauges, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards
- Work within tight tolerances (+/- .0002) and support a high-mix machining environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience setting up and operating jig grinders or similar precision grinders
- Ability to read blueprints, job orders, and tolerance/finish requirements
- Strong understanding of precision grinding techniques
- Willingness to learn additional CNC skills
- Able to maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and follow safety protocols
