Summary

Job Title: SAP Warranty Claims Management (Functional)
Duration: 6 Months + (Possible Extension)
Work Mode: Remote with 20% Travel (Onsite visits required to Milwaukee, WI & Chicago, IL)

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Service (CS/SM Module)
Hands-on experience in Warranty Claims Management (WTY T-Code)
Experience in end-to-end warranty process implementation
Knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) modules
Experience in Automobile domain
Ability to integrate service processes with logistics and finance
Expertise in warranty claims processing and optimization
Strong understanding of SAP configuration and functional design
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
