Location: Remote

Years of experience: 9-10

Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and modern AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI. This role involves designing and leading scalable, production-grade AI solutions while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in cloud platforms with strong focus on Google Cloud Platform.
Hands-on experience with Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs and agentic workflows.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience leading projects and delivering solutions to production.

Preferred Skills:

Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer Certification.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Domain experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or High-Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Define AI/ML architecture and best practices on Google Cloud Platform.
Design and develop scalable AI solutions using Vertex AI, including Generative AI and multi-agent workflows.
Work with Google Cloud Platform services such as Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery ML, and Dataflow.
Lead end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD.
Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
