Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

1st or 2nd shift
Fully on-site

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, equipment, and production systems.
Repair and rebuild machines and mechanical assemblies to proper operating condition.
Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and power transmission issues.
Perform preventive, predictive, and unscheduled maintenance.
Help minimize equipment downtime and improve overall equipment reliability.
Fabricate, weld, or machine replacement parts as needed.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and procedures.
Work with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve equipment issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with ordering replacement and spare parts.
Experience with CNC machines, presses, metal-forming equipment, or similar manufacturing machinery is a plus.

Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, power transmission, and mechanical systems.
Ability to fabricate, weld, or machine parts as needed.
Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and torque wrenches.
Ability to perform basic shop math and calculate equipment setups and dimensions.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on close-tolerance machinery.
Safety-minded, quality-focused, and able to work independently.
