Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models.
• Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data preparation to production deployment.
• Develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and deep learning technologies.
• Implement and optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Work with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain ML APIs and integrate AI models with enterprise applications.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Perform model evaluation, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML or related engineering roles.
• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and model deployment frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-scale AI/ML applications.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agents.
• Knowledge of ML monitoring and model governance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
