Job DetailsWhat You'll Do:
- Lead a litigation caseload and drive cases to successful resolutions
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
- Draft, review, and proofread critical litigation documents, including complaints, discovery, motions, and memos
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff throughout the litigation process
- Stay on top of key litigation deadlines and events
- Perform data entry, run reports, and forecast case movement
- Support administrative duties, including electronic filing, managing case files, and organizing logistics
- Assist with billing tasks as necessary
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Family Law Attorney with strong expertise in family law
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and handle tasks with minimal oversight
- Proven experience with Santa Clara Superior Court and family law procedures
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
