Job Title: IT Asset Management Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA or Wayzata, MN

Duration: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:
-Hardware lifecycle coordination
-Keep orders flowing smoothly from vendors
-Will be actively in asset management system, not actually handling the devices
-Will be communicating with internal teams, end users, and vendors.
-potential for building dashboards if candidate has experience with that (NOT required)
-Forecasting / coordinating / refreshing inventory to meet goals
-Work with the procurement team to coordinate POs as needed

Summary:

MUST HAVES:
4-6 years'''''''' experience (not looking for super senior level)
ServiceNow (will be using ServiceNow''''''''s Hardware Asset Management tool)
Detail oriented
Ability to tell a story with #s
Knack for #s and what questions to ask
Basic specs of hardware (CPUs, RAM, processors, storage, etc.), do not need to know how to configure
PC/Hardware refresh supply chain background
Lifecycle coordination
Ability to think through how different roles (plant workers, admins, etc.) will be impacted
Hardware focused but software a plus
