Requirements
- At least five years of HVAC and commercial maintenance experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building-maintenance practices
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to travel locally between commercial properties
Job Duties
- Maintain and repair commercial package and split HVAC units
- Diagnose compressors, motors, boilers, and refrigerant systems
- Troubleshoot electrical components and airflow issues
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility repairs
- Read and complete work orders
- Document service activities using tablets and mobile technology
- Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Travel between assigned commercial properties
