Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager to define product vision, establish priorities, and drive the delivery of solutions that create measurable value for customers and the business. This role serves as the primary owner of product outcomes, partnering across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and business stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and customer needs. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, business and technical acumen, and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and deliver impactful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, objectives, and success metrics aligned to business priorities.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring teams focus on the highest-value opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify customer needs, business opportunities, and strategic investments.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business teams.
- Use data, customer insights, and market trends to make informed product decisions and evaluate tradeoffs.
- Establish objectives and key results (OKRs), measure outcomes, and continuously optimize product performance.
- Build alignment across stakeholders, drive decision-making, and remove barriers to execution.
Required Qualifications
Core Skills:- Product Strategy & Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to define vision, evaluate tradeoffs, and focus teams on the highest-impact work.
- Business & Technical Acumen: Ability to connect customer needs, business objectives, data, and technology capabilities into a cohesive product strategy. A deep understanding of business goals, customer needs, and technology capabilities is required to make informed product decisions and guide cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead through influence, align stakeholders, resolve obstacles, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes without direct authority.
Experience:- Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and outcome-based plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments and managing product backlogs.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading digital products, website platforms, marketing technology, or customer experience solutions.
- Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and measurement.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, UX best practices, and digital experience optimization.
- Experience leading organizational change and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Strong change management and organizational influence skills.
