Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Basic understanding of 4D products, including assembly, function, and performance
- Troubleshoot and repair 4D systems, in the field or at the factory
- Provide customer email and phone support to address concerns and issues. If unsuccessful, gather information and escalate to other service staff.
- Complete repair jobs following work instructions, complete data sheets and associated reports.
- Position requires up to 30% travel, both in the US and international.
- Must maintain valid driver's license

Qualifications
- BS degree or higher with 2 years of experience in optical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in application and integration of precision optical and optomechanical components
- Excellent analytical capability for systematic troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of electronics, mechanics, computers and common tools
- Customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed and reliable
- Possess good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team environment

Compensation & Growth Base Salary Range:
$46,880.00 - $70,320.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
