Entry-Level Data Center TechnicianStart your career in technology-no prior data center experience required.We're looking for a motivated, dependable Entry-Level Technician to join our data center team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a technical trade, and takes pride in showing up and doing the job right. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and gain exposure to a fast-growing industry.

What You'll Do- Pull, route, and organize cabling throughout the data center
- Assemble, stack, and secure equipment racks
- Label, scan, and connect equipment accurately
- Assist technicians with general installation and setup tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We're Looking For- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfort working in physically demanding environments
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Nice to Have (Not Required):- Experience in construction, trades, military, or hands-on electrical work
- Exposure to telecom, structured cabling, or low-voltage installations

Work Environment & Schedule- Work is performed in data centers
Construction Team Schedule:- Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (58 hours/week)
Production Team Schedule:- Four 10-hour days, with the option to work additional days with the construction team
Safety & Training RequirementsRequired Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):- Composite-toe safety shoes
- Type 2, Class E hardhat with chinstrap
- High-visibility vest
- Safety glasses
- Level 3 cut-resistant gloves
Required Training (must be completed prior to or upon site access):- OSHA 10
- Site-specific safety training

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
