Job Description:
Join our team as a Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator II in Tulsa, OK, where you will work in a hybrid environment. 
This full-time position involves supporting procurement processes and ensuring efficient material flow. 
You'll collaborate with various teams and utilize general technology tools to manage purchasing and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage system requisitions and receipts.
Assist in sourcing and contracting processes.
Monitor open orders and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with teams and suppliers to resolve issues and update order status.

Qualifications
1–4 years of relevant work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in oil and gas industry preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in general spreadsheet and data management tools.
