Summary

This role will have product and operations delivery accountability for Community Verification, SNAP Integrity and SNAP Verification. They will oversee business pursuit, contracting, implementation and delivery of services for these products and the associated clients and will deliver financial (revenue & expense) performance through sound forecasting and operational execution. They will be responsible for ensuring that all elements of the product deliver value to our clients consistently. They will be accountable for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and partner closely with Client Executives, Finance, Technology, Analytics and all other delivery partners to ensure the product is performing well. They will lead future product development and road maps while staying current on all regulatory changes and updates which would impact the product.

Your role in our mission
  • Oversee analysts in their day-to-day activities related to delivering client value from their products.
  • Ensure there is a clear product strategy we are executing against and are partnering with Client Executives to manage issues and escalation with the team.
  • Manages activities which influence revenue generation and expense planning and execution.
  • Partner closely with analytics, technology and contact center daily and weekly to ensure product performance.
  • Leveraging reporting to ensure that client and commercial data is being used effectively.
  • Ensure the client is receiving updates and responses on time which arm them to make eligibility decisions timely.
  • Ensure that the portal and the contact center are performing well to engage with members to verify eligibility based on the regulatory defined requirements for CEV and SNAP eligibility for that client.


What we're looking for
  • 10+ years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity in a highly matrixed environment
  • 10+ years of experience with State Medicaid Agencies or supporting State Medicaid Agencies.
  • 5+ years of experience working on CHIP and SNAP programs with background in leading eligibility operations teams.
  • Strong client management and program management experience required
  • Product development and management experience required
  • Strong financial acumen desired

  • This is a remote role with some annual travel possible up to 25%.

The pay range for this position is $116,100.00 - $165,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
