Experience in Retail Pharmacy
Hands-on experience with User Story and Feature grooming
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy as a functional SME
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, highly productive in dynamic and collaborative environments
- Strong business process acumen with experience supporting business stakeholders
- Business-level communication skills required
- Ability to facilitate dialogues that produce new perspectives and drive innovative recommendations
- Skilled in stakeholder negotiation and communicating a synthesized perspective to the scrum team
