Job DetailsYou'll lead the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site, keeping it safe, high-quality, and code-compliant while managing schedule and budget. You'll check electrical contractors' terminations, cabling, and conduit for quality and accuracy, attend daily site meetings with the electrical contractor, and equipment vendors (UPS, batteries, switchgear), and support commissioning by reviewing scripts and tracking issues to closure.
MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of construction superintendent experience
- Construction leadership in electrical, controls, or low-voltage settings
- Experience overseeing data center (preferred) or other mission-critical construction projects
- OSHA 30
- Commissioning experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- Field experience within the BAS/BMS, SCADA, EPMS, or PLC controls space
- Controls or EPMS installation background
