Position: AI Project Manager
Location: New York - Onsite 4–5 days/week

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical IT modernization initiative involving legacy application replacement and AI-assisted development. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and delivery in a complex operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate across IT, Operations, Development, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and business teams.
• Partner with technical teams on legacy modernization and AI-assisted development initiatives.
• Facilitate project meetings, executive updates, decision reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive accountability, issue resolution, documentation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment planning.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Expertise in scope, schedule, risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, automation, analytics, or modern software delivery.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planner, Teams, or SharePoint.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred: Legacy application modernization/migration, Ingres/OpenROAD, utility/energy/critical infrastructure, regulated environments, vendor management, PMP/PMI-ACP/Scrum/SAFe certification.
