Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Security Solutions Principal with deep expertise in Enterprise Cryptography, Key Management, PKI, HSMs, and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). This role will lead strategic security initiatives focused on encryption modernization, cryptographic risk management, quantum readiness, and enterprise security architecture.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, security architects, and risk teams, helping design and implement secure, scalable, and future-ready cryptographic solutions.

Cryptographic Risk Assessments & Security Governance
Security Architecture & Consulting Experience
Strong Executive Communication and Stakeholder Management

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of Cybersecurity experience with a focus on Cryptography
Experience with PQC assessments, crypto-agility, and migration planning
Knowledge of CNSA 2.0 and NIST PQC standards
Experience with HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, or similar secrets management platforms
CISSP, CCSP, GSEC, or related security certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead cryptographic maturity and quantum readiness assessments
Design enterprise key management and HSM strategies
Assess and modernize PKI and certificate management environments
Develop cryptographic governance frameworks, policies, and standards
Advise executive leadership on cryptographic risk and remediation strategies
Support enterprise-wide encryption modernization initiatives
