Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talend Lead with strong EDI and Healthcare domain experience to design, develop, and lead data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Talend ETL, EDI transaction processing, and healthcare data standards. This role involves leading technical design, development, and implementation of integration solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Talend-based data integration and ETL solutions.
• Work extensively on EDI transactions such as 834, 835, 837, 270/271, etc.
• Develop and maintain integrations supporting healthcare data exchanges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practice guidance to development teams.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance data integration workflows.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Support production deployments and resolve integration-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in ETL/Data Integration with strong expertise in Talend.
• Hands-on experience with EDI Healthcare transactions and standards.
• Strong understanding of Healthcare domain processes and data flows.
• Experience working with SQL, data mapping, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and cloud-based platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
