Understand endtoend telecom architecture, including:

Access, core, and transport networks

Call flows and signaling

Work with telecom teams on:

Network configurations

Integrations and upgrades

Capacity and traffic planning

Analyze and track key telecom KPIs, including:

Traffic patterns

Call drops

Access and latency issues

Network performance metrics

Collaborate with OSS/BSS teams to monitor operational performance Support initiatives involving:

Packet brokers

Core network elements (advantage)

Virtualized and cloudbased networks

Understand networking fundamentals:

Packet loss, jitter, latency

IP networking, routing, and servers
