Scope & Quality Oversight: Provide rigorous oversight for project performance, cost, scope, schedule, and quality; conduct regular project quality reviews.
Dependency Management: Identify, track, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution.

Financial & Resource Management
Cost Tracking: Manage complex project budgets consisting of a combination of internal/external and labor/non-labor cost components.
Resource Allocation: Determine team assignments, direct work efforts, and monitor progress across diverse, cross-functional teams (both IT and business units).
Status Reporting: Coordinate and provide timely, accurate status reports to leadership teams regarding program stability, compliance, and potential impacts to scope, budget, risk, and resources.

Communication & Process Improvement
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders, communicating complex topics with clarity and precision.
Visual & Written Documentation: Develop clear, concise documentation (processes, problem analyses, action plans) alongside attractive sketches, charts, and diagrams to facilitate communication.
Process Alignment: Ensure all work efforts align with organizational technical standards, project management best practices, and PMO methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a project management role leading complex initiatives across IT and business functions.
Methodology Mastery: Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management best practices, encompassing Waterfall, Agile, and full SDLC methodologies.
Financial & Resource Acumen: Proven experience with project cost management, financial forecasting, and resource capacity planning for large, complex projects involving internal/external labor.
