Project Description :
We are seeking one Coupa Functional Analyst to augment the team.The primary responsibility of the Technology Services' (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Coupa.The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, analyticsand workflows. Period of Performance: April 6, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with possibility for extension.Place of Performance: Local staff report to office in Washington, DC. Local staff must report to the office daily and can telework once a week. Full time telework is an option for non-local staff.
Qualification Requirements :
The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth for the Technical Services skills and experience for a Senior Functional Analyst (COUPA).The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience: The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa application and analytics Regression testing of the application and integrations for the Coupa releases Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills Possess experience with integrations between Coupa and finance applications** ship or is required.
Skills Requirements :
The Contractor would have the ability to support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
Responsibilities :
The candidate shall deliver, but not limited to: Partnering with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions Configuring settings and approval hierarchies in Coupa to meet organizational requirements Research and develop solutions for the integration issues between Coupa and the finance system Managing Coupa updates, analyzing feature releases, and implementing new functionalities Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
