HRIS Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst with Workday experience to support and maintain our Human Resource Information Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR data, configuring Workday modules, generating reports, and supporting HR operations through system improvements and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the Workday HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Configure and support Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management and HR teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for resolution.
• Maintain HR data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new Workday features.
• Provide technical support and training to HR users on Workday functionality.
• Assist with HR process automation and system improvements.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor''s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, HR processes, and data management.
• Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Workday integrations, security configuration, or advanced reporting.
• Knowledge of HR analytics and HR technology trends.
