Job Summary:
We are seeking a Network Automation Engineer to modernize and automate our security and network infrastructure. This role focuses on eliminating manual configuration by leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC), APIs, and CI/CD pipelines to manage Palo Alto firewalls and core network devices globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Terraform and Ansible automation for Palo Alto (PAN-OS) environments.

• Automate firewall management using Palo Alto XML/REST APIs.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub) for automated network deployments.

• Automate Panorama Device Groups and Templates for global consistency.

• Implement Dynamic Address Groups (DAGs) and tag-based security policies.

• Create automated validation/testing frameworks (PyATS, Batfish).

• Develop Python-based tools/dashboards for monitoring and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Palo Alto PAN-OS, Panorama, and GlobalProtect.

• Proficiency in Python (pan-os-python, Netmiko, Requests).

• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Git workflows.

• Experience managing firewalls in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform environments.

Preferred:

• Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Background in network/security automation.
