PowerShell Scripting & Automation
* Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automated maintenance, log parsing, configuration deployment, and health checks.
* Create PowerShell-based reporting for DataCap batch status, processing metrics, and error-trend analysis.
* Automate environment tasks (e.g., fingerprint deployment, service restarts, batch queue management).
* Script integration workflows across DataCap, SQL Server, and AWS services (e.g., Textract) for extraction and operational reporting.
* Maintain script documentation, version-control standards, and a shared team scripting library.
Monitoring, Incident Management & Documentation
* Operate and maintain monitoring dashboards for batch queue health, document aging, and processing throughput.
* Respond to and resolve incidents involving capture failures, workflow stalls, and outages within defined SLAs.
* Produce incident reports, root cause analyses (RCAs), and post-incident documentation.
* Maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, configuration baselines, and change logs.
