Responsibilities:

Conduct research to maintain compliance with state and federal behavioral health reporting regulations.
Support integration efforts for electronic health record (EHR) systems and other organizational technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management and reporting processes.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and improve service delivery.
Monitor data quality and implement strategies to address discrepancies or inefficiencies.
Provide technical expertise to optimize system performance and align with regulatory standards.
Assist in developing documentation and training materials related to data reporting and system usage.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and present actionable recommendations.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive health information during data handling and reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and their integration.
Strong understanding of state and federal healthcare reporting requirements.

Proficiency in data management tools and software.
