Summary
Oracle Cloud EPM Planning and Production Support Specialist
We are seeking a Lead Oracle Cloud EPM Planning expert who can provide functional and technical support for enterprise planning applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning modules, troubleshooting issues, optimizing configurations, and ensuring smooth system performance.
You will work closely with finance teams and business stakeholders, supporting planning processes and delivering improvements to existing planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Cloud EPM Planning applications
Troubleshoot issues related to planning models, calculations, and integrations
Enhance and optimize existing planning solutions and configurations
Work closely with finance stakeholders to resolve functional and technical issues
Maintain and support Workforce, Capital, and Project Planning modules
Develop and maintain calculation scripts and business rules
Support enhancements and improvements in planning models
Should have created data integrations in Data Management for data loads
Required Skills
Oracle Cloud EPM Planning/EPBCS/PBCS
Workforce, Capital & Projects Planning Modules
Calculation Scripts & Business Rules
Groovy Scripting
FreeForm Planning / Reporting (Good to Have)
Additional Requirements:
EPM Experience 6-10 Years
Strong experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM Planning environments
Ability to work independently in US time zone support engagements
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Experience in enterprise financial planning solutions
Experience in Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite
Experience in Requirement Gathering
Sound knowledge on Hyperion Planning / PBCS/EPBCS
Sound functional knowledge (Understand of planning modelling like P&L, BS, Workforce, Capex and Project planning and inter dependencies)
Sound Knowledge on Business Rules/Forms / Task Lists / Groovy scripting/Integrations/Reports
Hands on Experience on Planning Modules is must
Good communication Skills
