Responsibilities:

  • Build a robust sales team of 5 people, mentor them and manage team members
  • Develop existing customer relationships, while also focusing on gaining new accounts and driving business development.
  • Identify new opportunities in existing account. Recognize and convert opportunities into sales. Make periodic visits
  • Demonstrate general technical knowledge of our lines and where and why they may fit at a given customer.
  • Recommending and implementing the agreed upon strategies to retain and grow the account.
  • Establishes professional and responsive relationships with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction and a continuation of business.
  • Responsible for ensuring performance within the established budget and contributing towards the attainment of the targeted gross margin
  • Responsible for achieving 100%+ of the sales goal assigned to the Territory. Develop, implement and meet annual sales forecast broken down by months
  • Attends various promotional and trade shows as required.
  • Acts as a liaison between customer and internal company team members to ensure all customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Eight (8) or more years of PCB industry experience in Sales
  • Proven track record of hiring, mentoring and managing a team of at least 5 sales people
  • Must have been field based with direct customer interface responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success at key accounts in the region.
  • Strong mechanical and electronics knowledge of circuit board and semiconductor assembly process and basic device functionality.
  • Strong understanding of the PCB assembly process.
  • Proven track record of success in demand generation, partner development, strategic account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, communicating business transformational solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management.
  • Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.
  • Must have the ability to establish excellent rapport with customer engineers, senior management as well as purchasing managers.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor''s degree in a technical field.
