Job Description:
Seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead/Consultant and Campus Solutions Functional resources to support a multi-phase Higher Education transformation project.

Project Phases:

Phase 1: College consolidation (2026 deadline)
Phase 2: Contract Pay implementation & de-customization
Phase 3: ESS/MSS Fluid implementation

Responsibilities:

Lead/participate in requirement gathering and solution design
Support testing, deployment, and change management
Coordinate with FSCM and Campus Solutions teams
(Lead role) Guide team members and drive HCM workstream
